Just a quick note to let you know that we'll be at the Quilter's Guild Festival of Quilts show at the NEC next week (Thursday -Sunday, 19th-22nd August) and hope to see you. We missed it last year (it clashed with holiday plans) and so we are extra excited to be there this year! I've heard you need at least 2 or 3 days to see everything, and that the quilts are stunning in their quality and sheer numbers - I can't wait!! In case you missed Quilts UK at Malvern this year, do make time to see what new goodies we have for you - there's a new range of stoneware candles with quilt designs on them, some very pretty antique quilt porcelain magnets, quilt-design notepads and a few new designs of jewellery. We also have so so so many new patterns; new designers, some very traditional in feel, fabulous craft patterns, doll patterns - something to appeal to everyone! Of course we'll still have our wonderful miniature quilt stencils which you can use for teddies, dolls houses, greetings cards, or quilt labels. And we have our usual best sellers of rusty metal and wooden shapes, vine shapes and pretty wire hangers, so be sure to seek us out. Look forward to seeing you at the show, but if you can't make it, then order before Tuesday and I can save it aside for you and post it out after the show.
