Hello everyone,
So, it's begun - the run-up to Christmas! Already the shops have
wrapping paper, cards and novelty gifts just inside their front
doors - enough to make you turn right around and go out again!
But for crafters you have to start early, whether you like it or
not to ensure you're finished before Christmas. (I'll share a guilty
secret with you - I still haven't quite finished my best friends'
stitched gift from 2 - yes 2- years ago - good thing we're best
friends, eh?!) I bet there's lots of us out there with the very
best of intentions, and imaginations and hearts bigger than our
fingers! (to steal the phrase about eyes and stomachs).
I'm off this week to Glasgow to do the big Hobbycraft Christmas
show at the SECC, and then just lots of smaller local events until
Christmas. Family commitments meant I couldn't do the NEC Hobbycrafts
in November this year. I'll miss the buzz of the show and seeing
all our regular customers, but family comes first. Please do phone

one knows what huge lists of things you're planning to accomplish
